General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time for coffee beans is between 5-7 days once your order is processed. All other products are estimated to deliver between 10-20 days once your order is processed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, unpredicted weather, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. You are provided a tracking number once the item has shipped.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
